Terms & conditions

1) Prior to making a booking an inspection of the vehicle and discussion will take place with the customer to determine the level of service the vehicle requires. An exact quote will then be given for the services required to be carried out.

2) Immediately prior to commencing the agreed work, any defects or marks will be documented on an inspection sheet which will be signed by both the customer and Myself. Service will not commence without the customer’s signature.

3) A small non refundable deposit will be required if the service is more than £100. This is to prevent ‘time wasters’. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accident another date will be arranged that is mutually convenient, thus securing the deposit.

4) If Enhanced Detailing is unable to commit to carry out an agreed service on a given date due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accident, another date will be arranged that is mutually convenient and a 10% discount will be given from the agreed price.

5) Prices are reviewed periodically and are subject to change without notice. Agreed services prior to the date of the price change will not be affected for that service agreed.

6) Payment can only be accepted as cash payment. This will be reviewed in the future.

7) All materials including documents, images, illustrations and other materials that form part of this website are protected by copyright, and all rights are reserved. Permission is not given for any of the website contents to be downloaded or copied for any other purposes than personal use.

8) Photos of customer’s vehicles will only be used on this website with the permission of the customer where licence plates and personal details will be made anonymous.
